Focus is to help individuals heal, energise and become aware of their inner strengths. I can help you achieve this by providing a non-judgmental safe space, empathetic listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan.
Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualised, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health concerns, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families and couples.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that one can experience at some point in their life. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover, motivate you, see a different perspective and add joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and in a supportive place where you can discuss issues and find solutions to better strengthen your relationship
